This week, KRK will be playing the role of Bigg Boss . Yes! Kamaal is given all the authority till the end of this task. Kamaal allotted tasks to all the housemates to earn points for their lunch. Kamaal makes all the housemates clean the house by allotting each one a duty.
The real Bigg Boss calls Kamaal in the confession room and reprimands him that he has not been performing the role of Bigg Boss seriously when it comes to assigning tasks to the housemates. Cleaning the house cannot be a task it is their duty. Kamaal instructed to be stricter towards the housemates. So now, he has to give them a task for their daily food allowance, which should not be a part of their daily duties.
Later Kamaal assigns a ‘Mirchi task’ to the housemates. As per the task, each one of the housemate needs to eat green chilies. The more the number of chilies each housemates eats, the higher their chances of getting luxury food items for their dinner.
In the evening Bigg Boss sees Kamaal calling each of the housemates to his confession table to know their point of view about according to them, who would be evicted this week and how important, is it for them to win this game.

Poonam Dhillon get’s shocker from her housemates
Dec 3rd
Big Boss added another twist to the show by introducing a weekly task which has turned the show into a political battleground. This task has brought out the dark side of Aditi, Bhaktiar and Claudia. All of them were seen plotting and planning which resulted in Poonam Dhillon being sent to the Jail.
Poonam said this is a great eye opener and she thanked Big Boss for unmasking the undercover people who were acting innocent.
Was Parvesh Rana’s outburst on Vindu Dara Singh justified?
Dec 2nd
One would say that Parvesh Rana got shocked by seeing his name appearing in the name for the probables who would make exit from the Big Boss house this week.
The sudden outburst from him saw a string of abuses being rallied upon Vindu. He even challenged Vindu to compete without his father’s surname (the great Mr. Dara Singh).
The game for individuals for the first time saw the legends like Mr. Dara Singh being dragged upon to the discussions. The show which has seen almost everyone bitching and planning has not been fair to Vindu Dara Singh, Raju Shrivastav and Rohit. The three were framed and are still being blamed for planning and plotting. I am sure that everyone is eagerly waiting for the Big Boss to unmask other too by showing the video clips like the way he did before.

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi
Nov 18th
| Mahatma Gandhi was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, India. He became one of the most respected spiritual and political leaders of the 1900′s. Gandhi helped free the Indian people from British rule through nonviolent resistance, and is honored by Indians as the father of the Indian Nation.
The Indian people called Gandhiji ‘Mahatma’, meaning Great Soul. At the age of 13 Gandhi married Kasturba, a girl the same age. Their parents arranged the marriage. The Gandhis had four children. Gandhi studied law in London and returned to India in 1891 to practice. In 1893 he took on a one-year contract to do legal work in South Africa. At the time the British controlled South Africa. When he attempted to claim his rights as a British subject he was abused, and soon saw that all Indians suffered similar treatment. Gandhi stayed in South Africa for 21 years working to secure rights for Indian people. He developed a method of action based upon the principles of courage, nonviolence and truth. He believed that the way people behave is more important than what they achieve. He promoted nonviolence and civil disobedience as the most appropriate methods for obtaining political and social goals. He used strikes and boycotts to achieve his goals. In 1915, Gandhi returned to India. Within 15 years he became the leader of the Indian nationalist movement. Using the principles of nonviolence he led the campaign for Indian independence from Britain. Gandhi was arrested many times by the British for his activities in South Africa and India. He believed it was honorable to go to jail for a just cause. Altogether he spent seven years in prison for his political activities. More than once Gandhi used fasting to impress upon others the need to be nonviolent. India was granted independence in 1947, and partitioned into India and Pakistan. Rioting between Hindus and Muslims followed. Gandhi had been an advocate for a united India where Hindus and Muslims lived together in peace. On January 13, 1948, at the age of 78, he began a fast with the purpose of stopping the bloodshed. After 5 days the opposing leaders pledged to stop the fighting and Gandhi broke his fast. Twelve days later a Hindu fanatic, who opposed his program of tolerance for all creeds and religions, assassinated him. |

Blue
Oct 20th
| Director Anthony D Souza movie Blue has set a new trend in Hindi film industry Bollywood with some stunning underwater photography. Said to be over Rs. 100 crore in budget, Blue doesn’t really able to justify the mega budget it has been allotted. Akshay Kumar plays a role of a rich man living in the Bahamas who loves his lady and the good life. He plays the flirty cool dude with a hidden agenda with amazing natural ease.
He befriends Sanjay Dutt, a fisherman/diver who lives in a sprawling designer bungalow and flaunts a glamorous wife (Lara Dutta). There are vague references to Dutt’s dark memories about a sunken ship. On the other side, Dutt’s brother Zayed Khan gets arm-twisted by some goons in Bangkok so he lands up in the Bahama’s, leaving his girl (Katrina Kaif) behind. The characters live in a world of item numbers and stunts with bikes and jacuzzis on them. And Lara Dutta frolics in the sea looking like male fantasy personified, before she is kidnapped by Bangkok baddie (Rahul Dev) out for revenge. In the first half, the director takes you through sunny Bahamas and Bangkok, and tries to establish a relationship of sorts between the lead characters. The much talked about treasure hunt, which was allegedly at the heart of this film, comes and goes before you can say ‘Blue’. Akshay Kumar wears some cool suits (designer Narendra Kumar Ahmed) and sports a grey goatee. Sanjay Dutt who wears sunglasses looks great in the fight scenes. Zayed Khan gets to ride some hot Ducatti motorbikes and exchange very strange, stilted dialogues with Katrina Kaif (“special appearance”). The film has some cool songs portraying Lara Dutta & Kylie Minogue in hot sizzling dresses. |

10 Tips for beautiful and toned legs
Aug 19th
1. Brush off cellulite: The hormone oestrogen is partly to blame for fatty deposits, as well as lack of exercise and poor circulation. So give nature a helping hand with a body brush. In the shower, massage your calves and thighs with a brush that has rounded teeth.
2. Have a close shave: Waxing is all very well, but the easiest and cheapest way to keep legs fuzzfree is with a razor. Shave downwards in the direction that the hair grows, then upwards for a close finish. Prevent ingrowth by massaging with an exfoliating cloth every day.
3. Beat salt: A high salt diet is known to cause fluid retention, so ditch sodium-rich foods such as crisps, ready meals and Chinese take-out. Eat away the bumps: Oily fish such as salmon, fresh tuna and mackerel are packed with omega-3 fats, which help the body shift flab while maintaining muscle tone.
4. Get your greens: Spinach, broccoli and other leafy green vegetables help beat cellulite. Oats so simple: Tucking into oats in the form of porridge or cereal each morning can help beat the bloat. This is because they’re packed with soluble fibre, which boosts digestion and encourages the body to eliminate excess fluid.
5. Squat for slimmer thighs: Try these ball squats everyday…
1. Place a full water bottle on the floor with feet wide apart. 2. Bend down and pick up bottle up. 3. Bend again, place bottle on floor. Repeat in sets of six.
6. Skipping with a rope for 10 minutes every other day is a great way to create some attractive curves, not to mention it’s a fun exercise.
7. Get high and waisted: Skirts, shorts and cuffed pants that sit high on your waist will make your legs look longer and your bottom trimmer.
8. Be well-heeled: Strappy sandals visually cut the leg at the ankle and make it look shorter. Go for pumps and strappy sandals with no ankle straps.
9. Raise your hemline: If you don’t love your legs it can be tempting to hide them under calf-length skirts or shorts. But cuts that end on the widest part of your calf actually make your legs look thicker. So try and avoid that pitfall. Hemlines that end an inch or two above the knee create the illusion of slimmer legs without flashing too much thigh. Just the thing that you want.
10. Choose neutral shoes: To elongate the line of your legs, choose shoes in a neutral colour that’s similar to your natural skin tone. Actually, these days, you can even find sandals with sheer straps. Otherwise you can try pearl, beige, tan and brown. Even metallics make the legs look like they go on forever. Silver works for those with fair skin, while those with tanned or wheatish complexion can try bronze and silver.
