13 people are feared dead when a man opened fire on people at American Civic Association building, Binghamton, New York. Atleast 43 people have been held hostage. The man entered from the front gate and started firing.

Police have surrounded the building and the latest reports are that two people of Asian Origin have been arrested. Binghamton Mayor said that the man in mid 20′s is carrying high powered rifle and is of asian origin.
