Job Description
- To take care of the e mails, chats, call backs, phone escalation, Phone Monitoring of all Operations departments, TID Monitoring of all Operations Department
- Phone Escalations.
- Phone Monitoring of all the Teams.
- Quality check of the TIDs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have GDS knowledge
- Experienced on systems like Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Apollo etc.
- Must have good geographical knowledge (US)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Travel Process
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work in 24/7 operations
- Candidate expereince in US Market will be preffered
- Good in Customer handling.
- Should be able to meet deadlines set as per Business Rquirement.
- Should be target Oriented.
